In June 2026, Taizy completed the export of one CNC rebar bending machine to Malaysia. The bar bending machine was supplied with a 3 kW CNC system, 380V/50Hz three-phase power configuration, and a bending speed of up to 40 meters per minute.

The Malaysian customer is involved in the construction and rebar fabrication sector, where steel bars need to be bent into different shapes for building and infrastructure projects.
Instead of investing in a large and complicated production system, the customer chose a CNC rebar bending machine. The compact design, CNC control, and 380V/50Hz three-phase electrical system matched the customer’s workshop requirements and local power conditions.
Checking the Details Before Shipment
Before packaging the equipment, we conducted a thorough inspection and recorded the details, covering the bending mechanism, roller layout, control cabinet, and overall structure. We then sent the rebar bender machine information to the customer.

CNC Control of the Rebar Bending Machine
The steel bar bender machine uses a CNC control system to manage the bending operation. The control cabinet is equipped with a touchscreen interface, making it possible for operators to interact with the machine through a dedicated control panel.
For rebar processing workshops, CNC control can make repeated bending work more organized and reduce the need for operators to manually control every movement during production.

The Packaging of the Rebar Arc Bending Machine
Before shipment, the rebar bending machine was wrapped with protective plastic film and then placed inside a reinforced wooden case. The wooden crate was constructed around the rebar ring bending machine to provide additional protection during handling and transportation.
The packaging also leaves the machine properly secured inside the crate instead of relying only on external wrapping. This is especially important for equipment with exposed rollers, control components, and other mechanical parts.
