Before placing the order, the customer wanted to take a closer look at the equipment and the factory. We arranged a factory visit and also took the customer to see other metal briquetting equipment.
Seeing the metal chip press in person gave the customer a clearer understanding of the machine structure, operation, and overall manufacturing quality. The customer was satisfied with the factory visit and became more confident in proceeding with the project.
